Description

The building has a shell with an above-ground floor made of panels in XLAM wood; the roof consists of protruding and extended pitches, inspired by the style of the famous prairie houses by Frank Lloyd Wright.
The peculiarity of this structure (for which we dealt both with the structural and the architectural project) lies in the big coverage cantilevers which are reinforced by steel H-beams, to whom we integrated the coverage XLAM panels.
